Thursday 16th January: Members Evening with a talk by Helite

We kick off our 2025 social calendar on Thursday 16th January with a presentation by from Helite UK, the premier manufacturer of motorcycle airbags. As usual, this Members Evening is being held at Over Community Centre, starting at 7:30pm

Founded in 2002 by Gérard Thévenot, a French engineer specialising in fluid mechanics, Helite wanted to create protective equipment for  high-risk sporting pursuits, and earned the first patent for personal protection airbags. We will how the system works, which parts of your body are protected, how long it takes to inflate & what it’s like to ride with an airbag. We’ve allowed time for a Q&A session – so come primed with questions! If you already own a motorcycle airbag, please do consider attending so you can share your experience. Guests welcome

CANCELLED – Sunday ride Willow Tree Farm
