Keith Tremeer will lead the ride, departing from Tesco Milton at 4:00pm, initially heading north-east along the B1102 towards Fordham, then north through Prickwillow to Littleport and onto the A10 on to Downham Market. He’ll pick up the A149 at King’s Lynn and head to Hunstanton, arriving around 5:30pm after a ~65-mile journey.

Once parked up, riders are at liberty to purchase the take-away meal of their choice, with several options within a 5-minute walk of the bikes. Savvy diners will review Henry’s of Hunstanton & Fisher’s of Hunstanton in advance – with both offering eat-in options for those who prefer. But whatever they opt for, the true cognoscenti will head to the large grass area by the bandstand for some social, outdoor dining. Those who believe that a trip to the seaside isn’t complete without an ice cream can stroll along to The Hunstanton Ice Cream Company.

The ~60 miles route back heads back down the A149 to King’s Lynn, then follows the A47 to Ring’s End and the A141 to March and on to Huntingdon, where the ride will end in the Riverside Carpark (what3words location). With the return journey estimated to take 1hr 20mins, riders should arrive in Huntingdon around sunset.

This ride is open to Full Members as well as Associates who’ve had at least one observed ride, and will be limited to a total of 16 bikes. Pillion riders are welcome.
Please arrive at Tesco Milton (what3words location) no later than 3:50pm for the briefing. Total distance will be about 125 miles – if needed we can make a quick refuelling stop as we leave Hunstanton.
