On our first mid-week winter rideout of 2025, Paul Norman sets out at 9.30 am from the Shell Services Fourwentways. His route takes riders into Suffolk and Needham Market for a short coffee stop. The ride then heads across to Wickham Market, Aldeburgh and on to The Kitchen@Thorpeness for lunch

On the return ride Paul heads through Diss, then back down to Bury St Edmunds to finish in Newmarket at around 3.30pm
