DESCRIPTION:Beginning at BP Childerley Gate\, the ride heads through Cambridgeshire & Bedfordshire countryside\, passing RAF Henlow along the way. The aviation theme continue with the route passing close to Luton Airport (watch out for low-flying aircraft!). The breakfast destination is The Coopers Inn in Stevenage\nAt 50 miles the outward journey is the longer ‘half’ of the ride; in comparison the return journey is relatively short at 30 miles (roughly an hour’s riding); the ride ends outside Café 19 in Duxford. DESCRIPTION:CAM at the 40th annual Meldreth Motorcycle Show\n \nMeldreth  2025\, the Royston and District Motorcycle Show takes place on June 18th at the Eternit Social Club Waddon road\, Meldreth  SG8 5RL from 6.30 pm until 10.00pm. \nIt is an excellent charity event run annually by the Royston and District Motorcycle Club and is very well supported by manufacturers and retailers as well as local clubs and individuals. \nThe show is based in the main “arena” and the adjacent field and car park but the array of motorcycles in the bike park is worth going for\, in its own right. \nOur Group CAM will be there with our Gazebo with the aim of raising awareness of IAM and safety on the road\, also attracting as many new members as we can.
