SUMMARY:Sunday ride west towards Woburn
DESCRIPTION:This ride will be led by Catherine Ryan & tail-ended by John Hawkins \nDeparting from BP Childerley Gate\, we’ll be heading west on B-roads through Gamlingay to cross the A1 at Sandy\, and will then weave our way through the picturesque villages of Ickwell\, Old Warden & Millbrook before arriving in Westoning for the breakfast at the Nuyard Garden Centre. The breakfast menu doesn’t appear on their website\, but a photograph of it can be downloaded here \nAn equally scenic return route passes through Woburn Safari Park\, where we may see a herd of deer if we keep the revs down! We then ride past the Triumph dealership before turning left to head east towards Toddington\, Barton-le-Clay & Ashwell. A quick blast on the narrow but flowing Flecks Lane to Wendy will take us to the ride’s end at BP Arrington \nStart point           BP Childerley Gate\, CB23 8AY      what3words\nBreakfast             Nuyard Garden Centre\, Westoning  MK45 5AA    what3words\nEnd point            BP Arrington\, SG8 0AD    what3words \nRide departs       9:30am         please arrive fully fuelled for the 9:20am briefing\nTotal mileage     ~85 miles \nThis ride is limited to 12 participants – so please indicate if you’ll be bringing a pillion. In order to make things easier for the kitchen staff we have been asked to indicate how many participants will be wanting a cooked breakfast.
