Although it’s not the high point of the year, our AGM is nonetheless an essential item in the CAM calendar and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at Harston Village Hall on Saturday 29th July. Your attendance lends support to your Committee and all CAM’s activities & events. If you would like to get more involved, please consider joining the Committee. This is a great way to break the ice with fellow members, and if you feel you have gained from your membership it is also an opportunity to “give something back” and be directly involved in shaping the future of the Group
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else to join the Committee, submissions must be returned no later than 22nd July 2023. Completed nomination forms are to be emailed to CAMsecretary@cambsiam.org.uk or posted to the address given in the Notice document.
Members & Associates are invited to submit a maximum of two questions each for Item 10 of the Agenda by 22nd July 2023. The outgoing committee will do its best to reply to as many of those received as the allotted time allows. Questions should be sent to the Secretary at the email address above
Tea, coffee, sandwiches and water will be available from 11:30am to midday. To calculate the catering requirements please email the Secretary to indicate whether or not you plan to attend. Check Latest News for details on ride-ins to the AGM, arriving just in time for refreshments!
