Leaving the Gulf Petrol Station in Barton at 9:00am, we will ride through the grounds of Woburn, then the roundabouts of Milton Keynes. After a quick coffee stop in Buckingham it’s on to the hills, taking in as much of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as time & two wheels will allow. We’ll be riding through some great scenery and pretty villages and, if you’re lucky, you might even enjoy some celebrity spotting
The route will take us through Ayhno, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden and up Fish Hill. Lunch will be at Bourton-on-the-Water, famed as the Venice of the Cotswolds. There will be a chance to go round this very interesting little Motoring and Toy Museum (admission £6.50, card payment only. Discount for CSMA members)

Our Leaders & Tailers team have risen to the occasion once more, and on July 19th we are pleased to offer two rideouts: a longer outing heading north, and a shorter rideout into Suffolk
Mark Pawson leads a longer than usual ride from the A14 services. There’ll be two breaks with WC facilities: Tesco Oakham (where refreshments can be purchased) and the Colsterworth truck stop Update: the café at Colsterworth is currently closed
Tom Jacobs leads from Fourwentways. Following the formula we’ve used since lockdown was relaxed, his ride will last 2 to 2½ hours and will notinclude a breakfast stop. He’ll be taking Suffolk lanes through pretty villages, getting as far east as Long Melford
You’re in safe hands
Both rides departs at 9:30am and are limited to six bikes. Please arrive fully-fueled ten minutes before departure for a pre-ride briefing
